- Vuliwear offers Free Shipping on all orders within the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Orders are usually delivered in 3-5 business days.
- All shipments are fully insured.
- Air Shipment to P.O. boxes is not possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or it has been damaged in shipping, please return them for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase. Items must be returned in its original packaging.

- Instructions for return or exchange will be provided.
- Pack item(s) in the original packaging including the order confirmation – make sure the package is secure and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipping.
- A Return Label will be sent to your email. Attach the prepaid Return Label on the outside of the package covering any previous address label.
- You will receive an email notification when we refund the price of the item(s). Refunds normally arrive within 15 business days of receipt.
- All refunds will be made via the original payment method.
- If it’s an exchange, new item (valued at same price) will be shipped immediately with tracking.
Caring for your Eyewear
Your Vuli’s have a special mirror coated design on the lenses. Please avoid touching lenses with your fingers and wiping or rubbing lens surface with anything OTHER THAN THE MICROFIBER SOFT CASE which is also a CLEANING CLOTH. We recommend you store your Vuli’s in either the soft or hard case that was included in your purchase when they are not being worn.

One Year Limited Warranty
Vuliwear warrants its plano (non-prescription) sunglasses to be free from material defects or workmanship issues for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. This warranty is only valid for the original owner. To open a claim, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

What we cover:
Please contact us at email@example.com immediately and we will be happy to try to resolve your issue. We will replace any products that are defective. Please be advised, it is at Vuliwear’s sole discretion to repair or replace the produce.
What we do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, which includes scratches or marks on lenses.
- Damage caused by improper use or storage, accidental breakage, melting due to exposure to excessive heat, cracked/broken lenses
- Lost or stolen items
- Any damage caused by solvents or chemicals, which may include hair spray, cologne, kitchen cleaners, alcohol, etc.
Limitations of Liability – This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state. In no event shall Vuliwear or any of its third party suppliers be liable for consequential, incidental, special, indirect or direct damages unless this warranty agreement is inconsistent with the local law. If this warranty agreement is inconsistent with local law, the warranty shall be deemed modified to be consistent with the local law. In the event of legal action, all claims or disputes under this warranty agreement shall be contested in the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
